Paris, 10 November 2025 – iBanFirst, the next-generation cross-border payment services provider for SMEs and Small and Medium Multinationals (SMMs), announces the appointment of Sonia Azzouzi Boudier as Deputy CEO and Aurore Gaspar Colson as Non-Executive Director.

Since joining iBanFirst in 2022 as Chief of Tech & Strategy Officer, Sonia Azzouzi Boudier has played a key role in transforming the company and shaping its strategic positioning around the “Global Account” offering—a true hub enabling clients to centralise and optimise all their payment and cash management operations.

Prior to her arrival at iBanFirst, Sonia Azzouzi Boudier gained extensive experience at Société Générale, where she held various positions over seven years, notably serving as Chief of Staff to Frédéric Oudéa. She also spent eight years in strategy consulting, supporting major international groups in their transformation projects.

As Deputy CEO, Sonia Azzouzi Boudier’s main responsibilities will be to ensure iBanFirst’s
operational excellence, support the Group’s growth in terms of its value proposition, and lead its geographical expansion.

According to Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier, Founder and CEO of iBanFirst:
“Sonia’s promotion recognises her commitment and the outstanding work she has accomplished in recent years by driving iBanFirst’s transformation. Her appointment as Deputy CEO aligns with the strong growth momentum our company is experiencing in Europe. Together with the entire Executive Committee, our country directors, and all our teams, we are more ready than ever to write a new chapter and make iBanFirst the go-to partner for Small & Medium Multinationals (SMMs). I can count on Sonia to further accelerate the rollout of our value proposition.”

At the same time, Aurore Gaspar Colson joins the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. In this role, she will contribute to iBanFirst’s strategic governance, offering an independent perspective and bringing the wealth of her banking experience. With over 20 years of experience at Société Générale, where she held key positions in general inspection, risk management, retail banking, and digital transformation, she will play an active role in defining iBanFirst’s strategic direction and reinforcing its growth model.
